bikes, ellipticals, steppers, home gyms, and other
exercise equipment. It sells its products through
more than 7,000 retailers in the US, Canada, and
about 35 other countries. Brand names include
Alliance, CardioMax, Discovery, Encore, HealthTrainer,
Ironman, Keys, and Power System. Keys Fitness
obtained exclusive licensing rights for the Ironman
name from the World Triathlon Corporation in 2002.
In 2005 Keys Fitness agreed to acquire ICON Health
& Fitness' Image Spa unit. It also announced
that it will rebrand its complete line of personal
health and fitness accessories under the Ironman
Fitness brand.
