from the World Triathlon Corporation in 2002.
In 2005 Keys Fitness Equipment agreed to acquire
ICON Health & Fitness' Image Spa unit. It
also announced that it will rebrand its complete
line of personal health and fitness accessories
under the Ironman Fitness brand.
