The latest diets in the USA

Before you start your keep fit diets, it is very sensible to talk to a dietician or read about the subject. This way you can decide whether you are being pressed into diets by marketing or going into it with your eyes open.

Here's a good starting point then when you have read that, you can start to create your own fad diets more on fad diets

Of course, you can choose to follow a more famous keep fit diets such as :

Diets

Atkins diet - is a low carbohydrate method. The avoidance of carbohydrates in your diet is structured to keep your body from adding weight. The method includes eating less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Weight watchers keep fit diets - program based on calorie-reduction, using the Weight Watchers points system. No foods are forbidden, although you are restricted to a certain number of daily 'points'.

The diet should fit into your keep fit regime and not dominate your training programme. So, if you are on a stamina building keep fit routine (such as long distance running), then your keep fit diet will be complex carbohydrates such as pasta. There's little point in cutting out what your body will definitely scream out for !!!

Similarly, if you are on a weight training body building regime, then your keep fit diet should reflect that and include fewer carbohydrates than the long distance runner.
